Can I pre-order an item?
Unless you see an item marked 'Pre-Order' on our website, we do not offer a pre-order option.
We know how important it is for a garment to fit properly, so we take time to explain a garment’s fit, style and material on each item’s page. In general, for our looser items, they can be worn a size down or size up, depending on your preference.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery within the US and approximately 14 - 21 days for international delivery.
Please note that at peak times your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order is ready to ship.
Please note: tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us hello@solika.com
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer express or expedited shipping.

Standard delivery is $6.

How much is international shipping?
International shipping varies depending on country, if you do not see your country listed at checkout, please email us hello@solika.com and we will be happy to add yours.
Please note: the customer is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused full-price merchandise with original tags attached for a refund within 21 days of fulfillment date. Merchandise purchased at 40% off or greater is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be purchased from solika.com. Merchandise purchased from Stores and other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Please note: shipping charges for items you choose to return are non-refundable. (Shipping charges incurred from solika.com orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or if the item sent was discovered defective.) If an exchange is needed for a defective product, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, circle the items you’re returning, place in the original package and make sure they are in their original condition, tags and packaging included.
Can I make an international return?
International returns must be authorized via hello@solika.com.
At this time we do not provide return labels for international returns, customer must return independently. Once received in office we will process refund.
How will I be refunded?
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a store credit. Refund will not include shipping fee.

Do you offer exchanges?
We sure do! If you want a different size or color, process your exchange through our returns portal and it will be shipped as soon as your original return is in transit. Good News - You do not need to wait for us to receive your return.
Is it too late to return an item?
Merchandise received past our 21 day policy is too late to make a return. If there were any shipping delays along the way, please email us hello@solika.com so we can accommodate you.
I received a damaged item?
We source our materials and select our factories to ensure the highest quality product. As such, we will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for exchange or refund within two weeks of purchase date.
In order to receive a new item in place of the defected item, we must receive an email within 3 days of receiving the defected item.

How do I wash my SOLIKA dresses?
The care instructions on our garments’ labels will give you advice on how to best care for your garment, making sure that they remain long-loved favorites for years to come.
Basics can be washed on delicate cold, and air-dried.
Collection items should be DRY CLEAN ONLY.
